Mobile Service Agreement

Postal Unlimited® is excited to have you as part of our community, and we strive to provide the best possible experience. This service agreement outlines the terms and conditions for mobile mailbox rentals and related services offered by Postal Unlimited®. By using our services, viewing, signing, or paying invoices, you acknowledge and agree to this contract.

Mobile Mailbox Rentals and Usage

Customers must use their rented mobile mailbox solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The customer is responsible for ensuring that any mail or parcels received do not violate any laws. Customers agree to protect, indemnify, and hold Postal Unlimited® harmless from all claims, demands, and causes of action arising from the use or possession of the mailbox.

In the event of non-payment, Postal Unlimited® reserves the right to withhold or return mail to the sender until payment is current. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide quality services to all customers.

Mobile Concierge Services

Enhance your experience with our mobile concierge services. These optional upgrades include:

1. Mobile Deliveries: Postal Unlimited® will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely deliveries to your designated location. Limitations on weight and package dimensions may apply. We are not liable for delays or losses due to external factors such as transportation issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Secretarial Services: Personalized virtual assistant support is available through calls, emails, or texts. While we prioritize confidentiality, we cannot guarantee complete security of phone or text communications. Avoid sharing sensitive information through these channels.

By using these services, you agree to indemnify and hold Postal Unlimited® harmless from any claims or actions arising from service use. These services are subject to periodic updates, and by opting in, you agree to abide by future modifications.

Mail Forwarding

To utilize mail forwarding services, ensure your address on file is updated and that you maintain the required minimum deposit. Charges for forwarding include shipping, labor, and service fees. Automatic billing is available to maintain account balance and ensure seamless service. Note that mail will not be forwarded if your account is not current.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing, acting as a 30-day notice. All keys and key codes must be returned within this timeframe to avoid rekey fees. Customers must contact each sender to update their address and ensure that no mail continues to be sent to the mailbox. Postal Unlimited® will not process mail forwarding for accounts marked for cancellation, as any use of our address must be completely discontinued. Automatic billing is required and scheduled at the interval chosen. If there is no proper cancellation, automatic billing will occur, and there are no refunds. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in additional fees and collection actions.

Recurring Billing and Payments

Billing is scheduled for the first of each month, with charges processed automatically. Any changes to billing or service termination requests must be submitted 30 days in advance. No proration or refunds will be provided for changes made within the 30-day period.

Limitation of Liability

Postal Unlimited® is not liable for any damages, losses, or delays arising from the use of our mobile services. Customers agree that Postal Unlimited® shall not be held responsible for lost or damaged mail, delayed deliveries, or any claims related to service use.

General Terms

All customers must adhere to service terms and updates. Sharing or duplicating mailbox keys or codes is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action if violated. Surveillance may be used for security purposes, and you consent to monitoring as required by law.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in San Diego County courts.
