Postal Unlimited® is committed to providing the best shipping experience for its customers. Please read the following information carefully to ensure you are fully informed about our shipping policy.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave our warehouse immediately or within 1-2 days of payment receipt.
Please note that orders placed after 2:00 P.M on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. During holiday periods, orders will begin processing on the next working day.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?
Delivery time frames vary depending on your chosen shipping method. Please refer to the following estimates:
- Express Secured Shipping: 1 – 10 Business days
- Standard Secured Shipping: 12 – 20 Business days
- Secured Shipping (UK & USA): 21 – 28 Business days
- Worldwide Secured Shipping: 21 – 40 Business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed as courier logistics are beyond our control. However, we will do everything we can if any issues arise. Rest assured, most of our customers receive their orders well within these time-frames.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
Most of the time, items in the same purchase will be sent in one package. However, for logistical reasons, items may sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS
If there are any missing items or damage to your package upon receipt, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Otherwise, the package will be deemed satisfactory after this period. All packaging must be retained until your claim has been resolved, as we may require photographic proof of the damage, etc.
CUSTOM DUTIES
Please note that it is extremely rare for our parcels to be subject to being held at customs and require additional payment to be released. However, customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees if a package for any reason happens to be withheld. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.
We are not held responsible for shipping delays, losses, and damages to the product while it is in transit. Rest assured, we work hard to get everything out to you as soon as possible and will do everything we can if such an issue arises. Thank you for your patience.
